Introduction

Atmos Hyper-AMM: Advanced Automated Market Maker (AMM)

Atmos Hyper-AMM is the native, cutting-edge Automated Market Maker (AMM) , acting as the main liquidity hub for the Supra network. It enables seamless trading and liquidity provision , delivering a smooth experience for users involved in token swaps and liquidity management.

Core Features of Atmos Hyper-AMM

Atmos Hyper-AMM stands out from traditional AMMs by offering a range of advanced features, including various types of liquidity pools that grant users more flexibility and enhanced trading options. The DEX (Decentralized Exchange) currently supports two types of liquidity pools:

  • Weighted Pools These pools are designed to handle assets with different levels of volatility, allowing liquidity to be provided in proportions beyond the typical 50:50 ratio. Weighted pools are particularly useful when managing assets with significant price variations.

  • Stable Pools Tailored for assets with closely related values (such as stablecoins), stable pools aim to minimize impermanent loss while offering tighter spreads and better pricing for swaps between highly correlated assets.
